JRPhoto started out as most photography businesses do: with a keen amateur photographer! John, our lead photographer and founder, is from Sheffield, England. JRPhoto started out providing photography services in South Asia in 2014. In 2015 John moved back to the UK, but was still doing most of his shoots in Asia. Moving forward nearly ten years, we work with clients from all over the world!

Our photos have appeared in print media (newspapers/magazines), on (newspaper/magazine) websites and even on TV. They've been used by national governments as well as by private companies and individuals. Our work has appeared in over a hundred different professional media outlets and numerous private ones.
